The BEAJs’ executive committee has set a tentative date of Annual Picnic 2010 on 19th February 2010, Friday. We are searching for a suitable venue and will let you know shortly. We are planning to make this picnic quite different from the traditional. There will be less emphasis on cooking the meals by us– we are planning for using catering services food and drinks. The tentative program includes the following: - Guest speaker
- Panel discussion
- Children’s sports and cultural activities
- Adult sports and activities
- Women’s activities- (‘Pitha’ competition- for example)
As a professional organization we will try our best to demonstrate this professionalism in all our activities to our guests, visitors and younger ones. We need your helps and supports to make this happen. We are planning to maintain strict schedule and timing for all our activities. Detail schedule will be sent out later on We would like you to get actively involved, and participate.
