Bangladesh Engineers' Association (BEA)

 The BEAJs’ executive committee has set a tentative date of Annual Picnic 2010 on 19th February 2010, Friday. We are searching for a suitable venue and will let you know shortly.

We are planning to make this picnic quite different from the traditional. There will be less emphasis on cooking the meals by us– we are planning for using catering services food and drinks. The tentative program includes the following:

1. Guest speaker
2. Panel discussion
3. Children’s sports and cultural activities
4. Adult sports and activities
5. Women’s activities- (‘Pitha’ competition- for example)

As per the decision of BEAJs’Executive Committee Meeting, a Family Get-together will be held on Thursday 12^th November 2009 from 7:00 pm to 12:00 midnight.

To bring a change to our usual food menu and party venue, this time we have selected a new place in a Community Center.

The approx. subscription for an adult will be SR. 40 – 45

All BEAJ members are requested to participate in the Party.

We are hopeful; the new place will be very enjoyable to everybody.
